I have started to point out to my husband when he replies to me in a rude manner by saying, please don't speak to me like that. It has worked as he is now being polite at all times.

Perfect. And that’s how it should be 🥰🥰🥰

I don't think he was conscious of being rude and abrupt. Of course, me pointing it out made him aware of it and to know it isn't acceptable, as who wants to be disrespected in a relationship. I thought to myself after I corrected him, that if it continued, I would have told him that I don't like being around him anymore.

I will try to have one luxury day a week. I have had high teas, long lunch on a Captain Cook cruise, go to a cafe I never been to. What’s yours? 🥰🥰🥰
