Recently I have noticed lots of items on council throw away that really should go to charities or other more sustainable places. Why do you think poeple are sending to landfill? Do they not trust the charities or is something else going on?

Charities can be very picky when it comes to items they will collect. You call them up - sometimes they won't even collect from your area and other times they ask you so many questions about the condition etc and will sometimes choose not to want the item for their charity. In reality the charity can make it too difficult for a person to donate when they are bigger house/furniture items as they refuse the item/don't want it when people are trying to help and donate.

Help Caféstudy members by responding to their questions, or ask your own in Café Chat, and you will get the chance of earning extra rewards. Caféstudy will match these and donate equally to our two chosen Australian charities.

AMCS
