Should local councils help people in the community with desexing cats by giving vet assistance vouchers?

Having used this service I absolutely think yes. Less financial stress on families and less kittens being born out in the wild.

If they aren't going to be a responsible owner then they shouldn't have a pet. So, no the local council shouldn't give out desexing vouchers for cats. Local councils are struggling to keep the street lights on due to increased power costs, so I feel community safety trumps having a pet cat.

Open your closed mind as many kind people have pets & quite often unable to afford the full costs but are able to provide a loving home. The read that finances are limited are too many to mention.
I always hope more people come on board & help as a community that supports each other through good or bad experiences is the ideal for me.
