What are some ways you give yourself some attention despite a busy schedule? I find that journalling or drawing is a great way to unwind, or even doing a self-care routine.

Hey. For me it is reading a book I choose a book that captivates your interest, whether it's fiction, non-fiction, or a genre you particularly enjoy. Reading can be a fantastic way to unwind and transport yourself to different worlds or gain knowledge on a topic you're interested in.

Gardening and doing what I want when I want to. I don't subscribe to self-care as I am grounded and self-assured without needing help or strategies to cope or relax.

'Me time' for self-care is very important for your health, mine is yoga or pilates. My yoga instructor actually just brought this up and it is really important to take time out of our busy days just to relax and unwind. This could be restorative yoga, which can run for about 90mins at a time and overall improves health, including sleep.
