I would apsoulutly love some tips and tricks on this, we are in a rental with tiles that look like the grout has never been cleaned and this house is likely built in the 80's so you could imagine, I tried a bleach, vinegar, bi carb and dish soap mix but that did apsoulutly nothing. There is some areas in like corners where there is no traffic flow that has the nice light grey grout and it looks soooo much better, I wish to try get it back to that state without having to re grout.

Toothpaste. You could also get a professional cleaner. I'm unsure if they can seal it so it stay clean.

I let pure bleach sit on the grout for 30 mins... tends to come out super well with just a light scrub or even a wipe if you are lucky...
