Do you feel hesitation to seek help due to fear of getting judged and lack of support?

I don't seek help because I have no need to. This is very broad, and I am unsure if it relates to physical health, mental health, support from charities, support from family, support for daily living tasks.
If I needed help, I wouldn't care about being judged as that is their problem and not yours or a case of you having to overcome your own low self-confidence or pride (whichever it may be). I think you need to remember if you don't ask you don't get, if nothing happens then nothing changes and it is only yourself who can bring change about and not someone else. So, if you need to act then inhale, conjure up the strength and do it.
