I'm a huge online shopper,I hardly ever buy in stores and when I do it is usually something I need urgently or something on sale but what i'm curious to know is, how many of you do this and what are your best and worse sites you have ever visited?

I love online shopping and have even been looking at using either Coles or Woolworths online for groceries. It saves so much time and petrol. I would rather go and meet my friends for a relaxing coffee than spend time running around shopping.

Hiya Kessa,

Just a heads up on a member on eBay, goodsmile2014.
I suggest if you are selling anything no matter the cost block this person, as she is a total time waster & just bids...

Hiya Kessa,

Just a heads up on a member on eBay, goodsmile2014.

I have just had an unpaid claim against her, that way eBay can investigate her behaviour.

The feedback on her account, I tot's amazed she is still a member, also she has only been a member since half way through this year yet has (378) against her name?

Promises to pay but never does, so don't want anyone else going through all what you have to do, and mind you it was for $3.20 the amount.
She also bidded on the same item of someone else, & did the same thing.
When I noticed the same item as mine was sold, I just contacted her to say this member goodsmile2014, I hope was not the winning bidder, sure enough, same thing to this lady also.

She is a TIME WASTER & should be kicked off eBay, if you get a chance check out her feedback, have a look OMG
Seriously though, if you are selling anything, block this person for your own sake.

Enjoy eBay, I do ;) this has been my only experience with someone like this.

Enjoy your weekend :)
Lisa

eBay is my go to site to compare prices with. I also don't have any specific sites because it can change over time. The sites I use a things like shopbot or myshopping, it does all the hard work for you. With these prices then I attack the physical stores with. I am more happy to buy from a shop if there is value there.

yes e-Bay is great for that..I havn't tried shopbot or my shopping so I will check them out too..I have so many sites bookmarked but as a rule I tend to just stick to the tried and trusted sites that deliver me good customer service, speedy delivery and good value.

I'm with you. The best deals are to be found online. And I don't know about others who say that you don't get the same satisfaction because I totally enjoy sitting at my PC & browsing & comparing prices online.
The part I love the most is receiving the parcels And it all for much cheaper than what I would pay in store which means I could probably buy things at 1/2 the price most times.
The sites I visit though vary depending on what I want to buy.

Thanks for the heads up on this :)..yeah some people can be what I like to call "trolls"...annoying bloody idiots that have nothing better to do then be total "time wasters"...sorry you had to deal...

Hiya annie,

You're welcome annie, as you say they are just trolls and total time wasters, I did inform eBay about them, as OMG their feedback is all time wasters, dot pay, Also I like to know in half a year that's how long they have been a member, how they have managed to get to (378) purchases? I defo think there is something dodgy there also. I have blocked them now, so they cant buy or look at anything to with my account. I don't sell very much but when I have I have had nothing but really good people buy & never had a problem when buying. I'll have to look into Trademe, as I have not heard of that site before.

Lucky you annie! Enjoy your 3 days off hun :)
Cheers,
Lisa :)

Yes I absolutely agree, brought most of my Christmas gifts online this year so i'm stoked!...I am really addicted to online shopping, have so many favourites sites and like you I also get a buzz out of receiving a parcel in the post but I have to say,you do have to be extremely careful with some sites as I have just recently found out ...I thought I would try SammyDress.com ,BIG BIG BIG mistake,it's been 2 months and i'm still waiting for my parcel to arrive,no customer care what's so ever in fact after doing a lot of research online I have since found out they are a scam so I'm currently working with paypal to get my money back..I have brought of them once before and funnily enough my goods were delivered within 3 weeks here in NZ so I decided I would spend more money,a lot more then previously and I now believe that they suck you in first by quick delivery so you do end up spending a lot more money and then they scam you...another thing also, the item is not the same as the one on their website,my sweater looked like it had shrunk in the sleeves on the way over and i'm a size 8 so it should of fit me perfectly..my advice, stay away from that site and any of it's sister sites...If I want to buy direct from China,I now just use Alie Express, quite good stuff and excellent service and fast delivery.

Actually you are so right. Apart from getting a bargain, there is an excitement when the delivery comes to your door. Also an astonished feeling on how things get delivered to my door much cheaper than the item costs.
