Who has been cruising?
We are totaly addicted to the only way to enjoy a great holiday. We have done 6 cruises and can not get enough of them.Unfortunately we have to go to work in between.I can honestly say that the cruise ships of today are more like floating resorts and the customer service is the best that we have come across be it with P&O or the Princess lines.Having said that we have also,in between, taken lots of road trips and planes ones too in Aust and there are so many beautiful places here. But for the ultimate, go cruising.

Hi Dinky, My wife & I take a cruise every year. We find that it a totally relaxing experience. As you say you can stay on board and take advantage of the numerous activities or take shore excursions (either cruie ship organised or just leave the ship and make your own arrangements)
We have enjoyed travel through the Mediterranean, Trans Atlantic crossings, Asian cities, New Zealand, South America, England, Ireland, Copenhagen and Keil in Germany.
Another thing a cruise can offer is the fact that you will on a number of occasions depart from one country and finish in another which gives you the ability (time allowed) to spend additional time in those countries.
I am with you, CRUISE is the ultimate holiday
