I think we have gone mad, in every food area not just milk. I was bought up on a hobby farm, drank milk straight from the cow, made butter, cream and yogurt which we ate daily, and none of our friends and families who lived the same were ever sick, never needed to see a specialist, cancer wasnt around, nor were supermarkets, Everything we needed we either grew or produced and only bought the odd thing at the local store.
Still basically live the same way, get my milk from a farmer friend, same with meat, grow my own vegetable, chooks etc.
As one smart person once said, If you cant understand whats on the label dont buy it...... so my visit to the supermarket takes about 30 mins a week, and it doesnt include buying plastic, overprocessed junk called milk, butter etc.
So really cant say much about supermarket sold milk, too much rubbish in it, will stick to my old fashioned way of consuming dairy and stay healthy and wont waste time in supermarkets that are so overstocked with products we dont need, have no ideas what in them, and no idea what harm they do to us and our children...... long live simplicity
