I buy whats in season so i can afford to buy it fresh. I then buy what i need frozen if its economical & from New Zealand or Australia. I know everyone says its fresh as its frozen immediately, but you can't really eat a defrosted carrot & get the crunch, so i use it for meals i know i can . The berries too are good frozen for desserts but the texture doesn't compare with fresh, but pricewise its attractive.
