Hi everyone. We'd like to know.....what are the staple dairy products you buy when you go to the shops? We're guessing milk is one of them (are we right?) - but what else do you buy regularly? And have you tried probiotic dairy products? Do you think they are worth the money? Please give us your thoughts!

What are My, OUR, Dairy Product Staples? The Quick Answer? EVERYTHING!! Most Importantly, though, is our Daily MILK. We just CANNOT Live without Milk. If it was the ONLY Food Available, MILK is the Life Saver. It has EVERYTHING in it to Nourish us, and that's obvious. Next to Milk is Cheese. Edam, Mild, Colby, Tasty, Blue, Camembert, Brie, Gouda, Mozzarella, etc. I'd simply STARVE without it! I Love my Beef, but I can no longer afford it. Not even Mince and Sausages. Sausages are now a HUGE Rip Off, because they've lumped them in with ALL Meat Products and therefore Hiked the Prices up on them so even the cheap and nasty "Mystery Bag" is as expensive as a STEAK. I mean, can YOU imagine Sausages at $1. EACH? No! Because we don't HAVE to imagine it at all, because they really ARE $1. EACH. And they're the so-called Beef, Pork, etc. 'Flavoured' Sausages. And just WHAT do they mean by 'Flavoured' Sausages? Are they loaded with all sorts of fillings that are anything BUT Beef, Pork or Chicken, and just a Squirt of Beef, Pork or chicken JUICE? Its Obscene!! And, OUR Diary Products are also HUGELY Over Priced. MILK. Absolutely a TOTALLY Renewable Resource by the MILLIONS of GALLONS [5-Litres = 1 Gallon] EVERY DAY. And most of it goes overseas whether they want it or not, JUST to get the Money from it. All the while Fonterra are making VAST FORTUNES in Profits, which we KNOW is true, because they have the CHEEK to skite about it. And ALL SEVENTEEN of their big bosses get $1-Million a Year. What the TOP Boss gets is no doubt even more. What do they do with it? Look at the picture heading this Column! THAT is what you see in your local SUPERMARKETS Every DAY!! Those Flagons of Milk vary from $3. to $7. depending on WHO'S NAME is on the LABEL. ALL Milk is the same, except if its been WATERED DOWN and called "Lite", "Low Fat", etc. The Chinese add Melamine and call it "Calcium Enriched." Well, they USED to. Those bastards were literally SHOT for doing that anyway. And good riddance to BAD Rubbish! Poisoning babies for crying out loud. Geez, those Chinese are THICK!! NO! I am NOT being 'racist'! What about those STUPID Chinese who grow and produce GARLIC to be sent over seas, to US? There was a report that SOME of these mindless fools were "washing" their Garlic in. . . FORMALDEHYDE? Another was using STAGNANT Filthy water, sewerage if you please. No wonder their garlic is $2. for a Mesh Tube of EIGHT Bulbs. So you know what I mean, Tubes or Loose, LOOK OUT for the bulbs which have had their ROOTS scooped from the bottom of the bulb, using a sharp curved blade to make a Bowl Shape, and they're all nice and "clean." BEWARE of Chinese and Other ASIAN Products! I am SERIOUS!! I don't trust them, and you should be on your Guard. If you still don't believe me, just look at the really CRAP SHOES they make!! Back to the MAIN Subject. MILK. As I was saying, just looking at that picture above. ALL those different Brands of Milk, Cream, Butter, Cheese, etc. and they're ALL fighting to get the BIGGEST Price for their Brand. The Joke is, they're ALL FONTERRA, like HOLDEN is to Cars. Holden Kingswood? FONTERRA ANCHOR. HOLDEN STATESMAN? FONTERRA MAINLAND, etc. Its all about HOW it Looks on the Shelf and who its aimed at. Certain flash names for those who want their milk with a POSH name, and BUDGET or PAM'S for those who can't afford to muck around with flash names. Whatever their methods of absolutely OBSCENE Prices for Milk, its all blatant Profiteering. Australia's COLES has the right idea. $2. for 2 Litres of Milk PERMANANTLY!! That is, unless that has changed since I last saw their Specials Online. MILK is LIFE! Cheese is a great Substitute for MEAT when you can't afford it. I have a slice of Cheese with Raw Onion before I go to bed. Strange Dreams, but, WHO CARES? They're MY Dreams! Yoghurt is fairly expensive, too, so I use EasiYo and HANSELL'S Yoghurt Mix and make my own. My Favourite is Greek with Honey, and WOW, its Delicious!! I've stocked up with a few Packets of Yogurt Mixes on my shelf and I will never run out of it. I don't know a thing about Pro-Biotics, etc. I just know what's GOOD for me and Dairy is MY Life Saver. IF I have shocked the Food Nazi's, GOOD!! I'm not going to be dictated to by these FOOLS who have their own issues with food and try to force US to avoid what THEY don't like. We grew up on Dairy. FREE MILK at School in 300ml/Half Pint GLASS Bottles. Cheese by the Ton. Cheese Toasties, Mac 'n' Cheese, Cheese and Onion Pies, Cauliflower Cheese, PIZZAS, and many other Goodies. ALL of them Healthy. Just as long as you didn't have this EVERY Day. If you do, make sure you LOAD it with Healthy VEGES as well. DAIRY? YES PLEASE!!
