I sometimes buy cheese cakes for dessert as a change and only ice-cream cake for grandchildren's Birthdays sometimes, they prefer ice-cream cake to baked birthday cake. Rev milk as a staple (used to love normal milk in bottles in 50-70's, Yoghurt which I like both varieties light and full cream, real butter now, have looked up ao many pros and cons that butter is the way to go for frying etc. and sandwhiches. Went through buying 'Lite' items found it has more sugar than the normal stuff so back to normal staples, brown sugar, butter, full cream cream, cheese both varieties, lots of vegies brocolli, carrots, cabbage, and lots fruit. Margarine read about how it is made, you might as well eat plastic....don't laugh.....tried Probiotic drinks, yoghurts etc. off it now.......good marketing measures indeed.....lowers fat, cholesterole......etc....rubbish I say.......just marketing ideas.....we are not stupid.......
