Hi everyone. We'd like to know.....what are the staple dairy products you buy when you go to the shops? We're guessing milk is one of them (are we right?) - but what else do you buy regularly? And have you tried probiotic dairy products? Do you think they are worth the money? Please give us your thoughts!

I haven't tried the probiotic dairy products but I do buy cheese, milk, yoghurt and margerine. I think that cheese is becoming more expensive for what you get. Its costing me $10 a week just for cheese. I buy lactose free milk, youghurt & margerine. They seem to be a lot more expensive than the normal but I need to have them for for everyday cooking etc as I'm lactose intolerant. I feel like I'm being punished for having allergies.
