If you don't have it everyday, how often do you manage to have it?
And what would be your ideal breakfast?

I agree that you don't need to eat less or move more. I was living on salads (dressing free) and salmon or chicken and putting on weight, while doing 2 hrs aerobics a week. I have had to give all of that up for health reasons and am not putting on any weight despite eating more meat and steamed veges more. It does not mean I eat a lot of junk either. It has more been about balancing hormones and cortisol levels. Interesting that the weight piled on about the time of puberty. Adrenal health also plays a vital role. Like you, healthy oils are beneficial. It is also important to cut out the additives, GMO's and processed junk that is in most things. Shop at country markets where possible for fruit and veg, meat and fish. Skip the supermarkets and if you do need to use them, the outer aisles - both sides, and back, are the ones to buy from for the most part - i.e. fresh fruit and veg, meat, milk.
Eating sensibly -- not low fat or eating salads all the time is working for me.
