Two pieces: a banana last night and an apple finely sliced into my lunch salad. I have formally studied nutrition [actually finished Medical School a long time ago] for the last 25 years and am still at three US universities basically studying dietary requirements for the older generation.. The current advice is for 7-10 helpings of vegetables [yes, the Oz authorities say 5-7!] and no more than two pieces of fruit per day as the latter contains a fair amount of fructose [fruit sugar]. This gal keeps to the rules :) !
