do people who are dieting and have a glass of oj or other fruit juice,realise that they both have the same calorie content as coke,so beware.also read labels carefully when shopping ,especially calorie and sugar content.the fat content in food remain fat,where as the sugar content can be exercised off.a lot of exercise beware

Agreed! This goes for "diet/no or low fat drinks" where fat content is substituted with a tonne of sugar. Juice is a better option then a soft drink, as the sugar from fruit is natural if squeezed at home, but yes from a supermarket bottle - there's usually a large portion of sugar in the mixture with a very small fraction of real fruit. I'd stick with water/tea if one is concerned.
