Is it bad manners? Noisy (or nosey) neighbours? Crude dress? Expensive groceries? Rainy days? I know this isn't an overly positive toipc, but as is life, we're only human and sometimes things just tick us off...

Poor & rude customer service assistance! They're supposed to be there to assist people and not give them a hard time! That's why they're called customer service! Sometimes, because they don't know their job well enough, they make up rules! Almost all of the time, you are speaking to someone half a world away with a strange accent and who isn't able to make a decision and after waiting & describing the situation over the phone for the last hour, you still need to get a supervisor to call you back!! The call back may or may not happen! If you do get a call back, then you repeat the whole story again, only to be told they can't help you!!! Is that frustrating or what!!!!
