Is it bad manners? Noisy (or nosey) neighbours? Crude dress? Expensive groceries? Rainy days? I know this isn't an overly positive toipc, but as is life, we're only human and sometimes things just tick us off...

Well Raska, some say the power of positive thinking works.
That's where the idea of prayers also has its origin. Consider the Stigmata phenomena, it is simply produced by a concentrated thought process by believers who wish to suffer the same as Jesus. They bleed from the palm of their hands as has been depicted in all the painting and pictures of Jesus.
However, - the 'efficient' Romans drove the nails through the wrists not the palm of their crucified victims.
Which proves that focused thoughts can affect and change the body, and possibly many more things we are as yet not aware of.
So try 'wishing' your screaming neighbors away with constant and concentrated wishes.
