Is it bad manners? Noisy (or nosey) neighbours? Crude dress? Expensive groceries? Rainy days? I know this isn't an overly positive toipc, but as is life, we're only human and sometimes things just tick us off...

Let's see...... I get really annoyed with people who have no respect for others and law enforcement. Why we ask? It all started way back in the 1970's when they took discipline out of schools and abolished corporal and capital punishment. The results we are seeing now with murders, muggings, home invasions, burglary, assaults, stabbings all with little or no punishment. We have a big percentage of people that can't read and write and those that can don't know how to spell. Perhaps somebody can find a solution to these problems?
Discipline back into the home and schools perhaps? Corporal and capital punishment re-introduced to provide a deterent? I wonder what others think?
