I guess that if you want the best coffee, you need to start with the best ingredients ... & that means everything from the water to the sweetener! Having the best organic fair-trade ground coffee is one thing, but everything needs to work together. Some places will tell you & show you exactly what they are using in your coffee. If given the chance, they will also explain how much better theirs is than everyone else's!
