Thanks for the responses and I accept the criticisms that went my way, I should at least give the coffee outlet/shop the opportunity to change my opinion. As to whether a shop/outlet will change is debatable, they sometimes aren't open to someone criticising their standards especially if others haven't done it much previously. Having said that if you are at the subway end of Central sometime have a coffee and snacks at Subway Snacks, Devonshire Street end of the subway at Central, I've been going there every weekday morning for over five years andhave had no reason to complain.
