let's name and shame all the bad coffee around

I see your point but I feel people don't complain enough and by just not going back how is the establishment going to know the reasons customers don't return.There are nice ways of saying you are not happy with the coffee and asking if it can be made again. We don't have to be negative but encourage people to make that great coffee. Sure don't go back if it doesn't improve.If people don't complain there will be no change and sometimes it is very helpful to an establishment to get these complaints to improve on. I am speaking from 20 years in the hospitality industry and when a person pays for a coffee or meal they should be able to expect it to be of a certain standard and are within their rights to complain if it is not.
