Hi Ash,
Thanks for Welcoming me to The Cafe! It is a very Fun place, and there are alot of very interesting Comments and People to enjoy.
Yes, most of my comments have been rather long, but, I write like I talk, and BOY! DO I TALK? This is getting a bit long already!
In the comments like the one you replied to, I read something I liked and offered something to the readers in return, as a way of saying Thank You, because they shared something with us.
Did you read the one by Shay-Dee about 'The Poor Man's Pizza?" He/She offered a lovely but very simple Snack that was not only very simple to make, ANYONE could make it. especially kids, or someone who's not all that clued up about cooking. Brilliant! Good Honest Tucker, I call it.
Then, some snobs decided to bully Shay-Dee and the BAGGAGE decided to label it rubbish. Their one was very nasty and said that Shay-Dee was just "Too lazy to make Pizza Dough. blah, blah, blah. . ." Just NASTY!
Immediately below the Snobs comments, Defenders came to the rescue and offered support. I am one of them. I HATE Snobs! The only thing I like about them is the hell I fire at them. They think they're just so damned high and mighty with their imagined airs of "superiority."
I've enjoyed reading food ideas and advice from Readers and, especially Shay-Dee's Recipe for the Ham and Pineapple Toastie. When I've got all I need to do it, I WILL do for lunch one day.
Betergophernow and let someone esle get a word in.
Before I do go, have you, or anyone else, reading this, got any good Recipes for HOT DOGS? I have a couple I could share with you. That is, the "Francis Furter" in the Split Roll.
If you could remind me in another reply, I will put them in my next entry. And I'll TRY to keep it short.
Have agreat weekend!
