Let's have some fun with this - If you could go ANYWHERE in the world for a holiday, regardless of price, where would you go and why?
Pretend you've just won the lottery! Is it warm, cold, scenic or relaxing?

I would go back to France and follow the Tour de France. Watching it on Sky Sport reminds me of how much I enjoyed my 2 trips to France -firstly in 2000 and 2nd in 2004. The tour followed some of the roads we had taken through the mountains and those lovely quaint little villages. It brought a lump to my throat thinking, hey I have been there. Even so, I would love to go back and just cover every inch of France, even the places I have been. We did the Normandy Coast in 2000, with our son & his wife who were doing their OE, driving down to Paris, across to Dijon and then through the Alps on the Italian border. The second time my husband and I flew to Italy from the UK, then drove around Italy and back along the Med. into France, staying a week in Toulon which was beautiful. Then drove up through to Clermont Ferraud, to St Marlo. Oh it was just so beautiful.
