Easy drink is Magic Cordial - 1 cup white sugar, 1 tsp citric acid, 1 cup boiling water - my daughter loves it and no nasty colours or preservatives.

I use the website - www.fedup.com.au - for other great ideas and access to recipes, you can also purchase a great food intolerance recipe book through the site.

Have you conducted any research into refined white sugar? We have water, milk, homemade orange juice (from homegrown oranges) or nothing. Highly processed foods, even those without added colours and preservatives, can still be 'nasty'.
