Can't redeem on app

Hi, I sent you guys an email to say that on the app there's no place to put how many points you want to redeem. Is it just my phone? Help please.

I'm probably coming into this chat late, and I'm hoping that it's already resolved, but there is no problem with my app. When I press on the redeem button (second from the right, at the bottom), the next page that loads shows my available points with a field to enter the number I want to redeem.
I have zero points at this moment, so I can't test it any further for you.

It’s not just you.
The redemption page seems to have changed recently and since then I’ve tried on phone and IPad without success.
I’ve sent a message about the issue but no response as yet.

In case you weren’t notified, the issue with redeeming on the app is now fixed.
Apparently they were experiencing a technical issue that has now been resolved.
