**Has this happened to anyone else?**
Recently I was double charged at the self checkout at one of the large grocery chains. The assistant made a passing comment "Yeah that's happened a bit letely". Anyway, she told me I needed to see the bank about it. The bank says its the shops problem. I went to store and regional manager who both say I need to see the bank. Im in limbo with $135 overcharged. I'm quietly confident I'll eventually get it back, but imagine I was a pensioner living week to week? Anyone else been through this?!
