Are there too many energy drinks and should they have a warning label on them 🤔
Personally I stopped drinking them 6yrs ago and it was one of the best decisions I made , now I sleep better , loss wieght because they are full of sugar , and don't have the sugar crash .

there should be warning labels on all so called energy drinks. most of them contain products that should be taken in moderation and only when needed. too many people drink them as normal drinks.
