peace keeping troops

do you think it is right for the fedeal govern to send military troops back to iraq.we have lost many good men from the previous.as trainers for iraqi troops this is done in the battle field.not in the confines of safety barracks.opinions please

isn't it obvious now, that they were brought back too soon, just to get votes by labour

My sentiments exactly David. I say teach them and get out of there. Personally I have a niece who is struggling to help her husband having come back from there with post traumatic disorder. It is tough for her and I say that more care should be given to those who are returning from this experience.

Yes and No. I am torn in two ways. Why do we have to send troops to teach their troops? Surely by now they would have learned the best way of fighting and retaliating in their country by now? We have lost a few men, women and dog soldiers, we are putting them into a dangerous situation again. On the other hand we are helping as much if not more than any other country in the world.

Yes David, by now they should have learned by their own methods. I feel for the parents of our troops, always wondering if they will come home safe and sound. I thought that all our troops came home for good.
