    Discussion: Tv advertising

80% of the time u swich on TV there is an ad, people are now recording TV shows so we can fast forward them, thus advertisers are losing out on money spent...some morning shows have infomercial then 10 secs of TV then go to ad break...gosh...are we idiots??

kate says: Informercials just go for far too long and drive me bananas too. I usually stop watching tv altogether, go off and do something else when they come on.

keyz12 says: I can understand that we need the ads for TV to survive....but do we need them to compete for time with the programs that we watch?

elle says: I think advertisers should strive to make us interested in their ads, some ads revolting.

jatz50 says: Some ads ARE entertaining and then there are the others.........BORINGGGGGGGGGG. Those morning shows are more info commercials then the actual programme.
