I've not had a problem with redeeming points (although I do use a mobile) and any other problems I've had with other issues have been sorted out quickly.

well you could always send an email to the support or as above call during office hours (if possible) and just ask if the status of your request can be verified

One of the greatest problems remains that several survey firms lock respondents out just a few points short of redemption. While such a practice may save them tens, perhaps hundreds of thousands of dollars, it's an unethical practice which needs to be addressed by the ACCC. Hopefully, they'll follow this up in 2014... .

great thank you heaps for that, could you please tell me where you go to redeem it when you are ready too?

Also Kat82, you will receive an email to confirm your redemption.
It usually appears in your bank account with in 21 days.

Cheers,
Lise :)

Hi Kat82,

click on my points, and it should guide you through the process, I have redeemed several times into my bank account like the other post said, an I've never had a problem.
Once you reach 200 points, you can redeem it for $20.

I hope this helps.
Cheers,
Lise

I couldn't get a code sent to my phone either so I phoned them during business hours. They were very helpful and the girl on the phone even offered to wait on the line while I went into the claim again so she could help me.
