We all need help/ The senate is yet to come and the budget has to be passed by the Senate. Most of the bills will be blocked by Labour Greens and Independents. I urge you to contact your Federal MP and express your concerns. The budget will go nowhere.

Yes, we can imagine how depressing it must be for young people, Marlu. If it's so disheartening for elderly, fortunately independent folk like us, it's difficult to comprehend how awful it must be for those facing the unnecessary privations the LNP has contrived. We hope you're right and the budget is snuffed out like a damp fizzog. Maybe a double dissolution will bring home to these vandals just how badly they've misbehaved!~

While our family is unaffected by the budget, we're actively helping to fight it. It is a shameful piece of wickedness, aimed directly at those least able to afford the cuts. Neither my wife nor I will ever receive a cent of the pension, nor any pharmaceutical benefits, but we will battle to help those affected by this broken contract.

These heartless politicians should be forced to read the responses of those trying to survive in difficult times, in a recent CafeStudy forum: "How do you cut the cost of living?" Studying their responses, we resolved to even more strongly oppose these unnecessary austerity measures, claimed by The Prime Monster to be needed to put out this imaginary fire. (It was just smoke from those cigars!)

Thanks Brad, This is a terrible budget for all of us. Young people have been hit the hardest, The merry go round of looking for work and only being able to receive benefits is tough and demoralising. They can apply for work, then their fate lies in the hands of potential employers. We all need money to be able to pay for shelter food utilities and transport. Many young people will decide to end their lives because they will feel demoralised by the system, My daughter already feels depressed,This budget is too tough and unnecessary.
