Do some exercise and go out alot. Being alone is dangerous. encourage yourself to go to the gym, that lets of steam and helps you be happy

I walk to the supermarket in the next suburb and also the library. I have had two or three people in the last year ask me for money usually men and being on your own it can make you feel a bit nervous.
Walking can you happy by listening to you tube music (without earphones for safety reasons).
