The only way to actually remove strechmarks is with surgery.

However, you can minimise their appearance with various methods, but the best one I have ever used was Bio Oil. It helps to quickly fade them to thin, silvery lines that are barely noticeable. Organic, virgin coconut oil also works well on scars, and given that stretch marks are actually a form of scarring (caused by the breaking/tearing of collagen fibres in the dermis (the middle layer of skin, usually as the result of rapid weight gain, size gain (including bodybuilding) or excessive cortisol production or steroid use. Some diseases pre-dispose people to stretchmarks, too, like Ehlers-Danloss), so anything good for treating scars may be effective for stretchmarks as well.

I think of mine as Tiger Stripes, and I earned them, dammit!

Good luck :)

Use a topical cream with retanoid in it, as this boosts collagen and elastin in the skin. Also try just massaging an oil with vitamin E in it into the areas with stretch marks, as this also helps collagen work in that area. Good luck :-)
