ive always loved doing your surveys but lately i find them to be a real chore. the boxes we need to click on sometimes need to be clicked 5 or 6 times in various places before they register our choice and the part where the questions are at the top, the choices are at the bottom and then we need to go to the top again to click the next arrow are time consuming

a survey that should take 10 minutes takes at least 15 minutes on your site. are you going to improve your surveys soon? i used to always complete every invite that i got from you but now i only bother if i have heaps of time to spare and nothing else to do. its a shame because i really miss your site

Hi Karen,
Thanks for your message. Please are you able to tell me what operating system you are using to complete the surveys (i.e. Windows Vista, Windows 7, 8 or XP) and what web browser (Safari, IE, Firefox) so we can investigate the problem further. Hopefully we can help to get the bottom of why you are having issues. Cheers. Chantal, Cafestudy Manager
