Constantly on Facebook and other social networking sites you will see countless acts of racism.

The shame is that it's impossible these days to comment on a race or country. It's a little silly in some cases, is it wrong to presume Asians eat rice or Italians eat spaghetti... There is a line of too sensitive & plain fun, if it's offensive it's a deprecate issue

I think in Australian society, "casual racism" is prevalent through social media. It's examples of colloquial slurs, racist assumptions and casual remarks that formulate some of the society that concern me because it's used so widely and freely that it becomes common.

The danger of casual racism is that it may inherently become part of our culture and that we will be "the racist Australian culture".

Racism is a part of every culture and nation on the planet , it is not solely an Australian issue , you only have to look at the world wide atrocities committed by so called enlightened cultures , The main concern of the general public are those that use their religion to hide their true motives and we all know who they are .

I think Racism is the same as Bullying, carried out by weak cowardly, poorly educated people. In fact I feel sorry for them, as in their Heart of Hearts, they know it is pathetic and are frightened to admit, that true fact.

Don't judge a book by it's cover. Simple as that, get to know someone, anyone. Jealousy breeds hatred, hatred breeds racism. Think about it.
