Chicken recipes

Just wondering if anyone has some nice recipes cooking with chicken. With a variety of food allergies - red meat, seafood, avocado, turkey & other vegetables- I'm finding it very restrictive to come up with fresh ways of cooking chicken. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

MazRoc says: Hello,

The other day I made Moroccan chicken. I found the recipe in taste.com.au
It was my first time cooking Moroccan and using different spices. Although I added mushrooms and zucchini aswell. The outcome was fantastic. I would cook that again anytime. And the family loved it too. Reply

Maureen says: I have a yummy recipe for chichen - for every 1 to 1.5kgs chicken pcs add the following combined ingredients - 1 cup tomato sauce, 1 tspn mustard powder, 1 tspn minced garlic (or 1 fresh garlic clove), 1 tablespoon honey & a GOOD splash soy sauce. For a change, instead of using tomato sauce, use BBQ sauce & then it's just like Chinese BBQ Chicken. Serve with rice. Hope you like it & that you can adapt to your allergies! Reply
