A. None. I can't eat too much fresh fruit, as it makes me break out in a rash. I do however, eat canned and pureed fruit each day. I also find fresh fruit these days is quite disappointing. It was much tangier when I was a kid.

Two pieces: a banana last night and an apple finely sliced into my lunch salad. I have formally studied nutrition [actually finished Medical School a long time ago] for the last 25 years and am still at three US universities basically studying dietary requirements for the older generation.. The current advice is for 7-10 helpings of vegetables [yes, the Oz authorities say 5-7!] and no more than two pieces of fruit per day as the latter contains a fair amount of fructose [fruit sugar]. This gal keeps to the rules :) !

B. One or Two servings of Fresh Fruit per day.

How MUCH Fresh Fruit should we eat every day? I say as much as you like, as long as you DON"T get the TROTS!! IT Happens! Just look at how Kids eat fruit when you aren't watching!
I Love Fresh Fruit. I just can't afford much of it. I Love ALL Fruit.

None - but I am on a liquid diet right now. I haven't had any fruit (save for two teaspoons of strawberry puree) in over two months - and boy howdy, do I miss it. It will be a month or so before I get back to it, and by then the summer fruits will be almost here :)

G'day Flying Ace! Per Adua Ad Astra!
Every morning I have two slices of Wholemeal Toast with plenty of Breakfast Marmalade on them. Does that count as a serve of Fruit? As far as Fresh fruit goes, I had an Apple with some Camembert Cheese last night. Very nice, too! I also have a Slice of Edam Cheese, off the 1Kg Block, and eat it with a Slice of Raw Onion. But, Onion isn't a Fruit, aye? Its still very good for you though.
I thought a "Pear" was TWO! Ha! Just kidding.

I'm in the final category. It's more difficult to eat a wider variety of fresh fruit here in the winter, but I still manage a couple of Drinking Coconuts, apples & bananas a day. In the non-winter months, I eat pretty much every type of fresh fruit the local organic stores stock.
