I commend you on still lifting at your age, have you been sticking to a strict diet as well, or is it more just for fitness?

Bodybuilding is a good sport and enables one to get fit and to lead a healthy lifestyle. However, there are those who go overboard and use anabolic steroids in their quest to get into a bigger body, but the risks to one's health are very real, thus they should be avoided.
