I have bought a pair of EOS leather shoes on eBay but they are slightly too small. Has anyone got any good ideas on how to stretch them without ruining them.

It's just a matter of wearing them in and they will naturally stretch!

Hiya Rachel,

The shoes probably fit you by now, have just seen the date you posted this.
If you take them to a place called Mr Minute that cuts keys ect, they have a stretching machine.
I give the wet newspaper a BIG miss, get them stretched professionally :)

Hope your problem has been solved by now,

Enjoy your week :)
Cheers,
Lise

Does nothing bad happen to the boots or shoes - like does the leather crack when it dries or anything?

I am a person that wears a uniform & lace up boots I always wet them with hot water & put them on with socks so they mould to my feet. I never get blisters.

Thanks Ghost, do you mean you wet the inside, how wet do you make them?

I usually wet the whole boot with hot water put soaks on and walk around in them for a couple of hours. This works for me. Cheers.

Try putting wet newspaper in them that tends to help stretch them or sk somebody who you feel will slightly stretch these to put their feet in them and then have them walk in them till you notice and feel a slight change

I have been wearing them a bit round the house, but with stockings not thick socks. I will certainly give this ago. Yes, I had heard about wetting them but wasn't sure how it worked and fear of ruining them them was a big factor! I've heard stuffing them with wet newspaper? Would the ink run? I don't know so too scared to try! Thanks for your advice!
