I'm involved in a 10 day challenge to document my inner health and digestion and have decided to try vaalia probiotic yogurt for this challenge. Just wondering if people have tried this and what that think of the product?

I was in a similar trial but it was for Activia yoghurt. Tasted good but didn't notice any difference to my digestive system. Also I find most youghurts have alot of sugar in them which counteracts and benefit I think.

Unfortunately Ive never heard of this yoghurt brand. Maybe no available in NZ? If you know that it is can you advise where it is available from? I would then consider also taking the challenge. who is organising the challenge? a company or just yourself? thanks

I often buy vaalia just becaause i like the taste. i am not sure what it is that u are trying to achieve exactly but maybe a natural yoghurt might be better or if u have ever heard of "yakult" which is a femented drink full of probiotics u can drink everyday.

I have tried Vaalia but didn't notice any changes. Try just eating a healthy diet filled with lots of vegetables.
