I make a stew and I freeze 5 meals out of it. Chop up potato, pumpkin, carrots, sweet potato and put in a large oven dish with a cover, meanwhile fry diced rump steak til brown in a pan, put this in the dish with the veges. Pour over stock (2 teaspoons to 2 cups water) and put in the oven for 1 hour at 180 degrees. It tastes great and is fairly simple. I also steam some brocolli, cabbage and green beans and add that once cooked to the cooked stew. Healthy and hearty.

Chicken fried rice with veges is easy too.
