Hi, have just moved in with my man, and he cant cook really and hes good when he cooks but makes a mess and doesnt want to learn the basics. How about sharing some basic dinner recipes for the man!?

Well if you like Indian food then you could get 400 to 500 grams of chiken thigh fillets and cut them in cubes. Marinate it in Butter milk (all fat is skimmed out of this milk so no need to worry) and 3 tea spoons of Pathaks mild curry paste (not sauce). Leave marinated for a few hours (in the fridge).

Chop one onion, and slither some ginger. Fry onion till golden brown and add the ginger. Then add marinated chicken, add salt to taste. Cook for 5 minutes and then simmer till tender and cooked. Serve with rice and some steamed veggies.......delicious
