A quick easy snack, or meal for young kids.

Cut the crusts from your bread.
Flatten with rolling pin or bottle!
Toast ONE side only in grill.

On UNTOASTED side spread with Tomato or BBQ sauce. Add a slice of ham & pineapple, slice of peeled cheese and put under grill until cheese is melted and slighlty brown. Serve!!

You can use any toppings of choice really. This can also double as a quick snack for unexpected guests. It's ready in 5 minutes and my kids LOVED it. It meant they each got exactly the toppings they liked!

Hi Shay-Dee,
I am here in your Defence, along with a few others. I think your idea is BRILLIANT. Its good to know not everyone is a FOOD SNOB!! I hate snobs and I just LOVE giving them hell. They're just so damned pretentious, aren't they?

Here's a good one for you! Not so much a Pizza, but a Toastie or two. These should really hack them off, aye? I hope you have a Toaster Oven.
Butter two slices of Bread. I prefer wholemeal.
Arrange some slices of Onion on each slice, and add some slices of Tomato. dust with a little MASTERFOODS Italian Herbs, a little salt and Black Pepper.
Cut two slices of EDAM Cheese off your 1kg Block of Mainland, Rolling Meadow, Budget, or whatever brand, and arrange on top of the slices.
Place under the grill and Toast until; nice and golden.
Enjoy with a little Tomato Sauce.
Dessert? Try this!
Butter two slices of Bread (Spicey Fruit Loaf if possible)
Peel, half and slice one Banana and arrange slices on bread.
Dust with a little Raw Sugar or Castor, and a little Cinnamon or Nutmeg.
Cover with two slices of cheese and grill until golden. Serve with Ice Cream or Whipped Cream.
Savoury version?
Use Wholemeal or White Bread.
Put slices of HAM on top of the Banana before adding the cheese.
YUMMM!
There's more, but I'll tell you all later.
Enjoy! Oh, and Please let me know what you think of them? Ta! The Food snobs can just simply get stuffed, unless they did it literally by actually trying it themselves and enjoyed it.
NOTE to Food Snobs!
NOT everyone knows how to cook, and from what I've seen here, there are Good Honest People here who just want to learn, or get a few pointers from friendly people who also enjoy Good Honest Tucker. Sure they may have an idea like "Poor Man's Pizza." So what you don't like it? Have you actually TRIED it? Its simple! Its Honest! Its TASTY I'm going to try it myself!
THANKS Shay-Dee! Nothing SHADY about that!
