Am I being unfair?

With most charity collectors getting paid a hefty "wage", where is the money really going? Which charities actually give all the money to the people they are collecting for?

I always wonder how much of what I and others donate actually goes to the poor and needy themselves and how much to the directors. I'd hate to think that people are donating and the money is actually making some director of a charity rich (if that is the case they should be ashamed of themselves and they should be named and shamed on national television and made to repay the money back to charity).
