Globalisation opens the door for-
RICH countries, companies and individuals access to cheaper resources and new markets
POOR " " " " " no change, but the promise of "trickle down theory" which only works in the minds of the wealthy.

The rich get richer and the poor get poorer.

The benefit of Globalisation is we get more of what we can do without.
The disadvantage is that the stuff we already have in abundance and the stuff we need, becomes more expensive.
