Dinner Time

Many of us enjoy going out for dinner, or to a friends house for a bbq, but what happens when it comes time to eat and drink? For example, in the case of a bbq, should you only eat what you brought or the equivalent (i.e don't eat the steak if you only brought sausages) or because its a group situation should you feel free to help yourself to whatever is on offer?
Also if you are eating out with a group, should you split the bill evenly amongst the group, regardless of whether you've ordered the most or least expensive thing on the menu, or should everyone pay for what they ordered?

I reckon thats quite a hard decision to make. hmmmm what usually happens where ever I go out to eat, someones usually shouting so they pay but we argue on who should pay saying ' no i should' '' no i should because....'' and stuff like that, being polite. I reckon about the eating bit : eat whatver, you didn't bring chips or whatever just so you and your family could eat them right? so you should be able to eat everything and try everything thats on the table and even though you may not want it or like it and the creator of the food wants you to try some, put it on your plate and jst try some. if you don't like it, don;t eat it but don't be rude and throw it in the bin right in their face
