Additives to Milk

it is getting a little confusing to buy milk these days, there are so many choices. I guess it is good for those that have particular health issues. I remember the milk being delivered by the milkman . used to love the sound of the horse's hoof on the street. sounds like the dark ages, but this was around the early 70"s. also we used to get the milk at school at recess, and I remember it was never refrigerated, even in warmer months, can't remember anyone getting sick either.
