Milk on the grocery shelves has become a frankenfood, a food that has been so processed that it no longer has much goodness. The more we do to the milk the less healthy it is. Homogenization changes the consistency of the fat so our bodies can not deal with it as they should and pasteurization kills all the good enzymes that are so good for our gut. The best milk is raw milk from grass fed cows who are free from antibiotics and hormones. To get healthy milk, you really need to have your own cow, or know someone who does!
