sorry... hit the wrong key accidentally. I'll start over...

I've always prepared fresh certified organic whole veg from scratch. I was reading up on the studies done regarding frozen veg & the snap - freezing & other techniques employed in recent times have made on the nutrients, quality taste & texture of frozen veg... it seems frozen compares quite well to maybe half - rotten remains after a week of shopping. Frozen, according to the studies, even beats canned. The problem for me is that I can't find anything frozen that's also certified organic & local. The shops used to have some, but have taken them out years ago now. If we had a better transport system & stopped strangling agriculture here, we would all have ready access to affordable good quality real foods. The plans are drawn, but no-one will fund it :-(
